Great place and exactly what I needed at this time. Don’t be fooled, Google has not updated the street view of this beautiful air bnb. Also since I was so impressed, the house was missing salt and pepper, so I left a pair of shakers as a gift for future guests.

The home very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed and even a few things that we wouldn't have realized we needed. The location was convenient to our trips to the beach as well as to local groceries, gas, etc. When I had a question, the host was quickly responsive. If we travel to Venice again, we would love to stay at this same home!

I’ve staying at numerous vacation homes all over the world and this is in my Top 10!! Great location, great price, AMAZING host!! I would 100% recommend and stay there again!! Me & my family had the best time!

For your information There was a couple of dead cockroaches in the master bedroom But everything else was just fine I just wanna let you know because I’m a host as well

I booked this on a solo trip not realizing just how much space this home had! It can easily fit 6 adults (including the twin and trundle bed) with plenty of space to get away from a group if needed, and would be perfect for a family traveling. The neighborhood is safe quiet and close to everything. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when I had a check in mix up, and went above and beyond ensuring I was all good after it was (quickly) figured out. Very good value for this stay and will definitely look to come back here again!

Ashota's place was clean, comfortable and peaceful, plus centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all we needed. It was the perfect spot for my partner and I for a few days of work and play ~ we'd happily stay again.

Trysten was more than accommodating, any question or issue we faced (very minor) he was on top of it and responded quickly. The home was very clean and great for a couple of families. We came for a baseball trip to IMG access to restaurants and the facility was great, we stayed here with teen boys and the backyard area was perfect for the group we brought, backyard and pool as private for moms to enjoy before the boys woke up and took over. Highly recommended!

Just as described and very clean! My dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Beaches and restaurants are about 10 minutes away, easy drive. Enjoyed the stay!

Awesome place to stay, we stayed on our way back home from vacation. We wasn’t ready to leave Florida so we stopped and stayed near Venice beach it was peaceful, and felt at home.
