Very nice stay. Home was clean and had everything you needed. Host had all the little details in order such as house instructions or poop bags and trash can at the dog run. Cute back yard, nice sitting area and cooling pool. Dog run was great for an early morning exercise session with our little guy. Yard secured so I didn’t have to worry about our 6 pound pup getting out. Very pleased to be happy in every way about our stay. We would definitely stay again if we came back for the Tampa Bay Blues Festival.

Within the first hour, we logged back into AirBnB to extend our stay, that’s how fantastic this place is. We drove down, just an hour from Tampa, to ‘get out of the city’ for some R&R. The interior is much more spacious than the photos, plenty of room to gather or find quiet time; you will not be on top of each other. The outside space is so expertly appointed, you will forget you are in a neighborhood. Speaking of neighborhood, it’s so quiet and quaint. Lots of people walking, kids on bikes, very safe. Very close to antique shops, coffee, and food spots; instacart and door dash were a breeze. Any questions we had were answered swiftly with the owners and cohost truly feeling like a team who wants you to have fun. Oh! We even brought our yorkie puppy and had plenty of room for his portable gate only to find a puppy bed already here for use! From the pool to spa to amenities to fresh cool air inside, the most fantastic stay. We are already planning for next year!

We just returned from a five night stay at Ariana’s beautiful Airbnb. It was everything the pictures and description said it would be. The home was absolutely gorgeous and the added amenities of the dog run and plunge pool were fabulous. Our son and his dog live in the area and it was so nice being able to spend time together and relax in this great Airbnb. We will absolutely be booking here again in the future.

Our stay was excellent and the location was great. Very close to AMI and other surrounding areas like Siesta Key. The home was very clean, well stocked, and the backyard/pool area was a highlight for our group. I would definitely stay here again or another property of Ashota Stay's, they were responsive and always checked in throughout the stay.

Stayed for six nights and felt right at home. Great location with easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Cozy backyard. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a great time here. The outside hammocks were comfortable, the beds were cozy and the arcade game room was a very unique nice touch that the kids loved. The place is very close to Joshua Tree’s main town area which was also great.

The house is brand new, very clean, and well organized. Everything was exactly as described, and it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host did a great job making sure the home was in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

First off I would like to start with before we got there. We had questions or requests and they answered and accommodated us right away. When we got to the house we absolutely loved the charm of the outside. It is very well taken care of. The landscaping on the entire property is very well done. Going into the house everything was perfect and charming. They absolutely thought of just about everything to keep you satisfied. Everything was very clean. And the backyard I cannot say enough about. They had lots of spots where you could just sit and hang out. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They had things the kids could do, the mini golf Yard games and plenty of swim toys. The yoga mats were a nice add-on. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Rooms were cute! Neighborhood was quiet, park is close by. With this airb&b you absolutely would not need to leave. Definitely hope to go back in the future.

We chose this home for 3 reasons: 1. Location 2. Availability to dock our pontoon in the canal behind the house. 3. Price, very reasonable. The house had all amenities we needed. It’s an older home, but upgraded enough for an Air BnB home. Nothing fancy, but priced right. The pool was extremely refreshing after a long day out on the water. Ashota Stays was super quick to respond to any questions we had. I have not dealt with a property management company on an Air BnB rental before, only owners, but it worked out. There are more forms and other websites to sign in on for paperwork due to the property management company, but not a deal breaker. The AI automated messages were not necessarily accurate, which resulted in me having to ask more questions than I normally would, but Ashota’s team was great at stepping in if AI didn’t give the answers needed. At the end of the day, house was clean, stocked, and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay again.

Such a great experience! The space was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Loved the arcade room and appreciate that the games actually worked. Beds were clean and cozy. Highly recommend!
