It was an absolute pleasure staying in Ashota home . We were cerebrating my dad’s 67 birthday and he wanted to stay near Nokomis beach this was the perfect home it was a 10minute drive ! The house was supplied with everything we needed . The beds were comfy they even set up the pull out bed for us communicating with us if we needed anything . We even did a late check out and they were able to accommodate us with that. We will be back again soon ! Thank you so much

Much care was taken in outfitting this lovely home. There were only 2 of us but it can comfortably sleep 6-8 (including kiddos). We appreciated having the beach toys and games. This is a great place for a family vacation. The backyard feels super beach-y and there’s a cornhole game behind the house.

Just as described and very clean! My dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Beaches and restaurants are about 10 minutes away, easy drive. Enjoyed the stay!

Awesome place to stay, we stayed on our way back home from vacation. We wasn’t ready to leave Florida so we stopped and stayed near Venice beach it was peaceful, and felt at home.

Thank you for having us! We had a wonderful time at your home — it’s an amazing place. The cleanliness was outstanding. The house was fully equipped, and we found everything we needed for the week. It was such a great place to stay. I highly recommend it! Communication was excellent — she was very detailed and attentive.

Great place!! Quick drive to the beach and if you have a dog. Very nice dog beach. First time to Venice- great area to visit. Place was nice. Clean. Fully fenced back yard. Great kitchen.. Spacious.

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Neighborhood was in a great location, close to everything. Venice beach is only about 3 miles away and the public beach access and parking facilities were great. We went to the beach after 4:00pm and stayed until sunset (around 8:15pm) and it wasn’t too crowded and there was sufficient parking. The house is very spacious, clean, and feels comfy and roomy. Beach towels, wagon, umbrella, and shell sifting tools were available for use which was very convenient and appreciated. We loved everything about our stay and will book again with no hesitation whenever we are visiting the area.

This place was HUGE and just beautiful. Close to everything. It’s honestly the first AirBnB where I wished I could steal literally the entire house. 😂 The management was fantastic and easy to communicate with and just made everything easy. There was a review mentioning the beds need replacing, so I’ll say that one of the larger beds was super squeaky/bouncy, but I felt like the other one was totally fine (didn’t test out the smaller beds). I would 💯 come back to this place- would probably be fun for a girls retreat of sorts.

This home was just so lovely and so perfect for our stay & location was wonderful. The amenities were perfect for what I was looking for. I love how you can tell that this home was remodeled with care and attention to detail. It certainly felt much bigger than it was. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The couch was amazing and I could easily have just slept on that. The kitchen had everything you would need if you were going to be cooking at home. The bathrooms were perfect – the master bath with adjoining closet was so well done. It was so perfectly decorated for a Florida home. It felt like how I would’ve decorated it myself. I would recommend anyone looking for a place in the area to go with Ariana’s home

This place was absolutely perfection. I loved every second of our stay. I hope to be able to stay again when we are back in a couple weeks. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants an easy, stress free, accommodating, home away from home. Ashota was an excellent host.
