There is a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The house comes with two modern full bathrooms with comfortable shower heads and ample toiletries for a smooth stay. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a comfortable mattress, a huge closet with ample storage and a sliding door that opens to the pool and lanai. The second bedroom offers two full beds , a pack and play, and a high chair for the little guests. The highlight of this house is the gorgeous caged heated pool for an all season outdoor living. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood at a dead end. Loud music and parties are not welcome. 🙏

🌴 Slice of Paradise – House Rules & Rental Agreement By confirming your reservation at Slice of Paradise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following house rules. Violations may result in additional charges, fines, or termination of your stay without refund. 🏡 Occupancy & Registration Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Any visitors or gatherings beyond the approved number of guests must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. We require a valid government-issued ID for each guest at the time of booking. The booking guest must be 21 years of age or older and present during the entire stay. 🐾 Pet Policy Maximum of one (1) dog under 20 lbs. All pets must be disclosed at booking. $500 fine for undisclosed pets (documented service animals excluded). Service animals must provide proper documentation at time of booking. Pets must be crated when unattended. (We can provide a crate upon request.) Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. Guest must clean up pet waste. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee. 🚭 Smoking Policy Strictly no smoking inside the home. $3,000 fine for indoor smoking. Smoking is permitted outside the lanai only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 🏊 Pool & Water Safety Swim at your own risk. Owners and management are not liable for accidents in or around the pool. No glass permitted in pool area. No confetti or glitter pool floats (they damage equipment if punctured). 🚗 Parking & Vehicles Please disclose at booking if bringing an RV or boat trailer. 🪪 Guest Verification Valid government-issued ID required for the main adult guest at booking. 🙏🏼General Policies: No commercial photography, events, or filming without prior written approval. No illegal substances or activities permitted on the property. Please report any damages immediately so they can be addressed promptly.
