My family and I had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at this place! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy themselves with luxury living at affordable cost. Thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating. The dryer wouldn’t work and they sent someone out immediately to fix the issue! Our stay was phenomenal, will definitely consider coming back to this place in the future! Thanks again Tanna and Ivan💪🏼

Ashota's place was clean, comfortable and peaceful, plus centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all we needed. It was the perfect spot for my partner and I for a few days of work and play ~ we'd happily stay again.

Trysten was more than accommodating, any question or issue we faced (very minor) he was on top of it and responded quickly. The home was very clean and great for a couple of families. We came for a baseball trip to IMG access to restaurants and the facility was great, we stayed here with teen boys and the backyard area was perfect for the group we brought, backyard and pool as private for moms to enjoy before the boys woke up and took over. Highly recommended!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in Ashota home . We were cerebrating my dad’s 67 birthday and he wanted to stay near Nokomis beach this was the perfect home it was a 10minute drive ! The house was supplied with everything we needed . The beds were comfy they even set up the pull out bed for us communicating with us if we needed anything . We even did a late check out and they were able to accommodate us with that. We will be back again soon ! Thank you so much

Words can’t express how incredible this property is! It’s clear that Tanna takes great pride in creating an oasis for her guests. The home was spotless, fresh, and absolutely beautiful. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the welcome snacks to the fully stocked seasonings for cooking. Tanna was also incredibly responsive, both before our trip and during our stay when we needed assistance. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Tanna, for an unforgettable experience!

Much care was taken in outfitting this lovely home. There were only 2 of us but it can comfortably sleep 6-8 (including kiddos). We appreciated having the beach toys and games. This is a great place for a family vacation. The backyard feels super beach-y and there’s a cornhole game behind the house.

Just as described and very clean! My dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Beaches and restaurants are about 10 minutes away, easy drive. Enjoyed the stay!

Awesome place to stay, we stayed on our way back home from vacation. We wasn’t ready to leave Florida so we stopped and stayed near Venice beach it was peaceful, and felt at home.

The house was exactly what we were expecting with a good location for what we wanted to do. Trysten was always responsive during our stay to make our stay great!
